I'm having a problem trying to subscribe to the Hobby Plan. My payment was declined with the error message: "Your card was declined for an unknown reason. For more information, contact your card issuer."
However, I've verified my card and it's charged me $1 for each verification, so that's $3!4 Replies

The $1 USD charges are authorization holds placed on your card to verify that the card is valid. The holds will be removed within a few days by your bank.

As previously mentioned, the holds will be removed by your bank within a few days.
The $1 charges were successful, the card is valid, but your card issuer denied the charge for the hobby plan. For more information, you will need to contact your card issuer.
