🧵 Payment made was debited but and emailed invoice but not reflected yet
🧵 Dashboard shows 'Trial expired' even though I did my payment

Hello,
It looks like the card on file couldn’t be charged successfully due to insufficient funds. In addition to the subscription fee, a temporary $1 authorization hold is placed to verify the card’s validity. This hold is automatically released by your bank within a few days.
Please double-check that the payment method you’re using is active and can accept new charges.
