i paid for hobby plan, from Truemoney wallet

I used a virtual card from TrueMoney to sign up for Railway and noticed two charges of 33 THB *2 each. However, I have no billing history in my account.
But nothing happen my money just gone , no billing history in the website but in Truemoney wallet it does have , how to fix this
I want to pay to continue using the service. How do I pay?
Can you please confirm if this is a card verification charge and whether the money will be refunded?
