Lost access to my account after github email was changed

I'm encountering an issue with my Railway account. Previously, I used my school email to log in via GitHub. However, after graduating, I updated my GitHub email to my personal one. Now, when I attempt to log in to my Railway account using GitHub, it creates a new account because the email associated with my GitHub account has changed. Unfortunately, this means I can't access the original account.

Is there a way to access the old account or merge it with the new one? It's crucial because the old account holds a project that I need.

I don't have access to my school and i am paying with my credit card in my previous account.

The email was ateper@fi.uba.ar. It was linked throug my github account. My full name is Alex Teper

Given that email, you should be able to just sign in via the Magic Link. From there, you can add yourself to the projects, transfer ownership to the ateper@fi.uba.ar account, and then add your GitHub there

No i can't. I have lost access to that email ateper@fi.uba.ar because it was my student email. Now i am using my personal email alexteper00@gmail.com.

I used Railway with the email ateper@fi.uba.ar for years signin via github, then i changed my github account to the email alexteper00@gmail.com and lost access to the email ateper@fi.uba.ar and Railway. When i try to sign in in railway using alexteper00@gmail.com (wich is my main email in github now) i cann't see my previous projects on railway.

Could you help me change the ownership of my email? I am paying the suscription but i cant access the account

You already have an account on that email. What I can do is, if you have a different email, swap in that email for a new email that is not used by a new account

(Or you can delete this existing account, and I will swap in that current email)

Hi. No that is not working.

Can you remove and stop my billing with debit card (i am paying for an account were i can't access) and delete the projects from that account and i will create them again in a new account?
