mysql dump, then wipe, then mysql dump and volume metrics don't show

As the title implies.

  • Spun up a mysql instance

  • mysql dump from a .sql dump file into the instance

  • volume metrics are viewable

  • then wiped the volume

  • mysql dump from a .sql dump file into the instance again

  • volume metrics are not viewable at all
