Please accept my card debit it for God sake.. i have money there or you tell me what exactly is the problems... i have reached out to my bank they refered me to you ... what exactly should i do at this point.... because i cant get proper clearification from your end.....

You will have to reach out to your issuing bank to solve the issue with your current payment method or provide another payment method. There is nothing we can do on our end.
