I have a Pro hosting service and Mautic with email sending. It was down, I re-installed it, and I've already reinstalled it three times with different versions, but I can't send email. It seems that Kinghost's SMTP is blocked by Railway. You can check urgently.

Hello,
I have confirmed that outbound SMTP is fully allowed on the host your application is running on.
All is allowed on our side regarding outbound SMTP, so you may want to get in contact with Kinghost's support to see if they are blocking you.
