My app isn’t accessible from Pakistan.
When I open this URL from my location:
https://ams-backend-production-0732.up.railway.app/health
it says “took too long to respond.” However, it works fine when I use a VPN.

hey, do you have any error logs? just using https://check-host.net/ - everything seems to ping fine. also cross-checked via https://geotargetly.com/geo-browse and picking Pakistan and it seemed to ping fine. Are you sure it isn't a local DNS network or ISP that may be causing the issue?
