Hi, I'm on the Hobby Plan. I completely stopped using Railway several months ago, but I continue to receive bills between $7–$8/month. Is there a way to stop this billing but keep my account active?

The suggested threads did not help. I would also like to kindly request a refund, of these bills please since I didn't use Railway at all. Thank you

Your subscription appears to be active. Did you cancel it?
I also see projects that are running within your Railway account. If you'd like to stop using Railway, you need to cancel your subscription and/or remove all active services yourself.
